Godfather of the Kremlin

This work of investigative journalism looks into the career of Boris Berezovsky, the successful Russian businessman who has profited greatly in the new Russian economy but whose dealings are under a cloud of suspicion. Berezovsky controls Russia's automobile, airline, television, and oil companies and helped finance Boris Yeltsin's campaign, and it is said that he has an unusually great influence in the government. (The book's author, Paul Klebnikov, was murdered by thugs in July, 2004, while serving as editor of the Moscow edition of Forbes magazine.)
